If you find for any reason you are not happy with your web hosting package you can receive a refund no questions asked providing you haven't breached our terms and conditions. You can do so within 14 days of placing your initial order. However due to the nature of domain registrations we are unable to offer refunds on domain names. You can however change the name servers to point at a different provider or alternatively transfer the domain out.
